![]() I once had an order cancel on itself as I was delivering it, and since I couldn't get the order back on the app I assumed that the customer must have cancelled it. Uber Eats support are so awful, even for us as couriers. I totally get that they need to protect themselves from people who scam them and make up lies, but I've never contacted them without proof of the issue I'm complaining about, so I feel like they need to rework their rules so honest people don't deal with this crap. You have to fight for HOURS when these issues are not your fault. At that point, it's really not worth using the service anymore. I had to escalate the issue and was eventually refunded in full, but they make you jump through so many hoops, even when you can prove without a doubt that your order is missing or incorrect. ![]() I had a driver steal my order, so I paid $60 for absolutely nothing, and they tried telling me the same thing. Once you hit that invisible limit, they are trained to say you are not eligible for a refund. What I have noticed with all delivery services is, you have a specific number or dollar amount that they will refund with no issues (food was cold, food was missing, items incorrect etc) they will apologize for the poor experience and refund you.
